Veggie Steamed Glutinous Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf

It uses long sticky rice which soak 8 hours and steam. Mixing with stuffing (hericium erinaceus, fresh mushroom, lotus seeds, soy sauce, vegetarian barbecue sauce, vegetarian scallions and cilantro crisp. We use lotus leaf to cover it and combine rice and stuffing. It taste so good.
