Stuffing mainly rely on taro and tempeh (Soybean (non-GMO, vegetarian tempeh bacteria) supplemented by tofu skin, golden mushroom, mushroom, celey and dried vegetable. We use tofu skin to cover stuffing. You can eat various of vegetables which match with tofu skin. It taste very fresh.
