Event Background: The past ten years mark a significant milestone for the company. In collaboration with the scallion farmers of Yilan’s Sanxing Township, we’ve created an economic wonder with our iconic scallion pancake! Our brand has gained recognition not only in Taiwan but has also made its mark in international markets including the USA, Canada, Macau, Hong Kong, Shanghai, UK, Switzerland, Melbourne, and other cities. Through our brand, we have elevated the global stature of Taiwanese flavors and solidified our foundation in the international food industry. This decade is not just a measure of time; it’s a monumental chapter in our story.
Our founder, Mr. Joseph Chang , established the company on July 21, 2014, in Anxing Street, Xindian District. As we approach our 10th anniversary this year, we owe our gratitude to the Xindian community for their continued support and patronage. It’s here that our vision to steadfastly uphold the authenticity of Taiwanese flavors began, enabling us to face myriad challenges and grow. To express our gratitude, we aim to give back to the community through agricultural experiences and insights into our entrepreneurial journey, instilling resilience and perseverance in children, and inspiring hope in life. Our positive narrative, coupled with agricultural education, seeks to profoundly influence the youth.
